He has directed business development, operations, estimating, preconstruction and project delivery throughout Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and New York.

Cesar is an electrical engineer and construction executive with extensive experience delivering commercial electrical systems from preconstruction through testing, commissioning and final closeout.
He has led estimating, design-assist, design-build coordination, procurement, field operations, quality control and commissioning across hospitality, multifamily, healthcare, aviation, education, commercial and power-generation projects.

Chris brings more than 25 years of experience in economic development, project finance, public incentives and disaster-recovery programs throughout Mississippi and Florida.
He leads Archon's strategic direction, banking and bonding relationships, capital planning, agency coordination and government affairs, helping connect project opportunities with the resources required for successful delivery.

Julie leads Archon's company-wide financial operations and provides the reporting, controls and administrative structure required to support a fast-growing, multi-state construction platform.
Her responsibilities include cash-position reporting, bonding-capacity tracking, pay applications, collections, financial forecasting and coordination with ownership, banking partners and project leadership.
